Gravitational Bull Juggling – Entertainer

Dave and Kyle Fultz are a father-and–son team of professional jugglers that have been performing all over New York state and Western Pennsylvania for the past several years.

gravbullfullDave lives in Tonawanda, N.Y., is married and has two sons (Kyle & Alex). After working in manufacturing management for many years, Dave decided to drop out of the nine-to-five world in order to pursue his passion. “I decided at some point that growing up was probably a mistake for me. I thought I’d be much better suited for playing with stuff and showing off!”

So, in the pursuit of therapeutic laughter, education and fun, he decided to immerse himself in his life-long hobby of juggling. Dave’s unique style is a blend of contemporary object manipulation with a touch of Vaudeville. He’s performed on stage multiple times with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2012 Dave performed in the circus scene of the American Academy of Ballet’s adaptation of “The Nutcracker”.

Kyle, on the other hand, took up the age-old art when he was fourteen. Now, at 25, Kyle is an accomplished juggler who tends to favor today’s modern jugglers rather than the more traditional styles.

In high school, he and three friends formed a juggling troupe called “The Gravity Pirates” (www.gravitypirates.net) . This quartet took part in a number of talent shows and generally fared very well. After High School in 2006, the Pirates took second place in the “Buffalo’s Got Talent Contest” sponsored by radio station 103 The Edge.

Together, the duo have performed at county fairs like the Niagara County Fair in Lockport, NY and the Wayne County Fair in Palmyra, NY. They’ve done corporate functions like Cameron Compression Systems, Inc. and have performed at colleges like the University of Buffalo and RIT. Kyle and the Gravity Pirates have also performed multiple years at the Lockport Exchange Club Circus.

Dave and Kyle are veterans of many juggling festivals and conventions such as the International Juggling Convention which was held in Buffalo in 2004 and the annual RIT Spring Juggle-In. It is at these festivals that the pair have attended many workshops and have learned from some of the best jugglers in the world including Ivan Pecel (USA), Luke Burrage (England), Malte Steinmetz (Germany), Wes Peden (USA) and many more.

Today Dave and Kyle perform at corporate and community events, retirement dinners, schools, churches, Boy Scout Blue and Gold Dinners, libraries, private functions or just about anywhere. They also teach educational programs as well as balloon sculpture and juggling workshops.

In addition to juggling, Gravitational Bull performances usually contain comedy, magic, balloon twisting, story telling, ball & plate spinning and balancing. So whether you’re amused or amazed, stand back, because they’re throwing stuff around!
