Mike Randall – Speaker, Entertainer

Mike Randall, Senior Meteorologist at WKBW-TV, is the only local
meteorologist with seals from both the American Meteorological Society and
The National Weather Association.

Mike RandallAs an award winning feature reporter, Mike has been covering fun places
and interesting people around Western New York throughout his three
decades at WKBW-TV.  Over the years he has interviewed stars like; Red
Skelton, Robert Goulet, Bill Cosby, Steve Allen, Gregory Peck, John Candy,
Jerry Lewis and Willie Nelson.

Buffalo News TV Critic Alan Pergament referred to Mike Randall as a
“Channel 7 mainstay” and recently wrote  “He has replaced two Channel 7
legends – feature reporter Don Polec and weatherman Tom Jolls – and has
become one in the process.”

In addition to his broadcasting career, Mike is a busy actor & live
entertainer-performing his solo shows “Mark Twain Live!”  “Charles Dickens
Presents: A Christmas Carol” and “Mike Randall & Friends” which
incorporates Puppets, Ventriloquism and Magic.

As Mark Twain Mike has appeared all over the country, touring the show
continually since he first put it together in 1972. His presentation has
gained national recognition and he recently was the answer to a question
on the popular game show “Who Wants To Be a Millionaire” regarding his
annual appearance at the Huck Finn Jubilee in Victorville, California.

In 2007 Mike premiered a new solo show as Charles Dickens performing his
classic tale “A Christmas Carol”. The presentation received rave reviews
and you can catch Mike performing it locally, each year during the holiday
season.

As a live performer, Mike entertains kids and grown-ups with puppets &
magic at schools, libraries and fun events including the Springville
Dairy/Ag Festival, Cattaraugus County Fair, M&T Plaza, Eastern Hills Mall
Children’s Theatre Series, The Toy Festival In East Aurora and Lewiston’s
Wildlife Festival.
