The company specializes in youth development and personal empowerment with a focus on females. In an effort to Move, Educate and Empower, McMillan Empowerment Enterprise offers a series of platforms: annual conferences, Cupcakes and Conversations: an intimate round table discussion, keynote addresses and P.E. sessions that invoke rich dialogue and internal growth. These inviting and in-depth forums allow constituents to participate either on a one on one basis or in a group setting to fellowship, network and receive support in an environment that is non-judgmental.
Called Inspirational, Powerful and Energetic, Tamara maximizes her artistry for engaging, educating and empowering her audiences! Her warm and inviting personality has resulted in speaking engagements with many non-profits, pre-collegiate programs, student clubs and organizations, colleges and businesses to be a guest speaker. It’s her desire to encourage everyone to connect their Passion to their Purpose!
Tamara attended the State University of New York College at Buffalo, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. Returning to her alma mater, she graduated Summa cum Laude earning a Master of Science degree in Student Personnel Administration. She is also qualified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory and an advanced trainer for FourSight.
Tamara was a speaker at the inaugural 2012 TEDx BuffaloWomen conference.
